Jefferson Hamer

Jefferson Hamer is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter from Brooklyn, New York. He has previously toured and recorded with Anais Mitchell (as co-creator of Child Ballads, winner of a BBC2 Folk Award), Sarah Jarosz (as guitarist and harmony singer on the Grammy-nominated Blue Heron Suite), and Session Americana (as producer and guitarist on Great Shakes) in addition to collaborations with Reed Foehl, Liz Hanley, Kristin Andreassen, Laura Cortese, and many others. His original songs and lead guitar work are featured on Alameda, an acoustic and electric LP featuring special guests from the NYC folk community and beyond.
